Skylanders giants is a fun ,expensive,collectible video game which has taken a hit from my wallet.I am very impressed of what will happen depending on which character you are using.I like the special features of the giants and lightcores.As far as pricing goes 1 normal sized non lightcore skylander costs 9.99.A lightcore skylander costs11.99.
A giant character costs 14.99.3-packs,adventure packs,and battle packs cost24.99.
The consle starters cost74.99 and the 3ds starter costs 59.99(thats also the price of theportal owners.)
The characters are all well thought out and pretty freaking cool.The non playable characters are cool tooThe characters all have voice acting to them.The ambbushes are pretty hard to get(especialy zap.)
The three packsare :Chill zook ignitor,pop fizz whirlwind trigger happy,sonic boom sprocket stump smash,gill grunt double trouble flashwing,(lightcore3-pack)eruptor drobot prism break,eruptor stealth elf terrafin,prism break lightning rod drill seargant,fright rider wrecking ball flameslinger.Wave 5 came out not so long ago with lightcore hex and series 2 drobot.Overall cool.I will be making character reviews soon.Battle mode is pretty cool.There are also variants.here they are:legendary slam bam,igniter,jet vac,bouncer,strath elf,lightcore chill,gnarly tree Rex,granite crusher,scarlet ninjini,royal double trouble,polar whirlwind ,punch pop fizz,molten hot dog,jade flashwing.Legendarys are a toys r us only.Walmart has glow in the dark sonic boom and molten hot dog.Scarlet ninjini is litearely EVERYWHERE.Gnarly tree Rex is part of the wii bundle kit.Punch pop fizz is in the 3ds starter pack.Royal double trouble comes with the GameStop starter kit of skylanders :battlegrounds.Granite crusher and jade flashwing are target exclusives.And polar whirlwind is exclusive to GameStop.Thats my take on skylanders:GIANTS.
